You may not know much about Ag Sciences at Penn State. Perhaps the images that come to mind are more traditional like farms and crops. But there's a whole lot more to Ag Sciences!

We offer complex majors for a complex world. Our students are solving real-world problems and making discoveries that can change the world.

Do you think you would be good in a business field but want to be more specific in terms of the industry you work in? Then you may be a perfect candidate for Agribusiness. With a major In agribusiness, you could find yourself trading millions of dollars in agriculture futures.

Do you like science and have an interest in the environment? Major in environmental resource management or forest science and protect the world's major renewable natural resources.

Or maybe chemistry is your thing (or you were good at it in high school) but you'd like to do something more exotic? Ever thought about being a chocolate specialist for Godiva or Hershey? Think of all the people who will want to call you their friend!

Or maybe you grew up in the country or on a farm and you've always known you want to work with animals. If you've been involved with clubs like 4-H in high school, here's your chance to take your life interest to the next level.
